SecondPass is independently operated from Oulu, Finland. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), the following electronic contact points are designated:

Recipient & User Contact (DSA Article 12)

This public Contact form (/contact) is designated as SecondPass's primary user and recipient point of contact under Article 12 of the Digital Services Act. Inquiries submitted here are human-operated and reviewed through our operations console. Once operational, users may also communicate through support@secondpass.net.

Dedicated routes remain available for Privacy & Data Rights Requests and Copyright & IP Complaints.

Digital Services Act Authority Contact (DSA Article 11)

Authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may contact SecondPass regarding the Digital Services Act at legal@secondpass.net.

DSA authority communications are accepted in English and Finnish.
