Privacy & Data Rights Request

SecondPass provides this channel for registered creators and visitors to exercise their statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or submit data protection inquiries directly to the platform operator.

Article 12(3) Timeline

We will respond to eligible data-rights requests without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of receiving the request. Where permitted by law, that period may be extended by up to two additional months where necessary because of the complexity or number of requests. If an extension is required, we will inform the requester within the initial one-month period.

Identity Verification Notice

To protect account security and prevent unauthorized access, requests concerning existing accounts are verified using a confirmation link or correspondence sent to the account's registered email address. SecondPass does not collect or require government identity cards, passport copies, or sensitive personal identification for standard GDPR inquiries.
